...2003 Northwood Arctic Fox in San Diego, CA

,,,,,,,,,I am selling my 2003 Northwood Arctic Fox 5th Camper. I purchased the camper last October with the intent to live in it while working out of town. The job I bought it for fell through and I've stored it behind my Grandmother-in-law's home. My son and I have stayed in it multiple times. The camper is in great shape, owned by non-smokers, very clean and homey. There are only a few issues, i have lost the only key i had to the camper, been told this is an easy fix, just havent had a need and been holding out hope I will find it. Also the door's window in slightly to small, a window blind isn't working correctly, and it has powered front jacks that work great, but the manual turning rod to lower the jacks if there is no power doesn't work (feels like it isn't locking in when inserted), a side panel is missing (see photo) Other than those issues I can't see anything wrong. There is not leaks, its as solid as it comes. The tires are like new, I can't find any rust on the undercarriage. I have towed the camper all together about 1,000 miles with no issues. The air conditioner blows cold, all the appliances work. Like I said, I planned to live in the RV. Also the camper has a nice CD stereo, has an 18' awning. I have probably a 2" stack of product literature on all the appliances and RV.
