Kitten 3 months old for good home in San Diego, CA

Hi, I have a 3 month old grey female kitten that I got a little over a month ago, landlord won't allow. She just got her 12 week shots/deworming so everything is up to date. I will provide the vaccination papers as well. Also have a litter box, scratch toy, food, 2 more months supply of flea and tick, deworming pills, crate, and shampoo. Super sweet, indoor kitten that will play or cuddle throughout the day, gets along with other cats too :) Asking for $120 OBO for rehoming fee to make sure she goes to responsible people, and she will come with all her supplies.
